About Equinox Partners

Equinox Partners was first established in 2003 as a partnership between some of Australia’s leading recruitment consultants who set out to establish a new benchmark in terms of service and delivery excellence. At that time, industry was becoming increasingly frustrated with the mediocrity and ‘sausage factory’ mentality which was prevalent within many of the larger recruitment houses. Candidates were also getting a raw deal.

Equinox Partners was formed to meet the needs of businesses looking for a higher level of service, commitment and understanding which typically comes from a more specialised agency. We prefer to establish lasting relationships based on a more in dept understanding of our clients’ business. We believe that this assist us to drive stronger recruitment outcomes and hence increase workforce cohesion and stability.

Whilst still modest in size, Equinox Partners is proud to work with some of Australia’s leading public and private companies in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our clients include the likes of L’Oreal, Siemens, TipTop, McCormick, Novartis, Roche, Sugar Australia, Murray Goulburn and AB Foods to name just a few.

Equinox Partners remains privately owned. Our policy is to employ staff who have subject expertise gained from direct industry experience prior to recruitment. Most of our staff have 5 or more years experience in recruitment at the executive level.
