Assessment centres are typically preceded with a broad-based industry specific advertising (papers, magazines, radio, university job boards, industry forums) campaign to drive a high volume of response.
Assessment centres typically start with a request for a written submission and are followed up by information nights, presentation of case studies, group assessment activities, practical exercises and individual presentations. Assessment centres are often supported with some form of psychometric assessment.
