Contract Recruitment

Contracting offers the employer the greatest amount of flexibility to engage the services and skillset of an individual or group for a finite period without the complexity of payroll or legislative issues associated with permanent recruitment.

Equinox takes care of everything for you. We take care of the sourcing of the contractor via our normal methods and then payroll the contractor via our partners – Entity Solutions. We are able to supply contracts in any of the same roles as per our permanent recruitment. All you have to do is sign a weekly timesheet and approve our fortnightly all inclusive invoice and when you don’t require them any more, simply let us know.

When does contracting make sense?

- When covering the absence of existing staff - i.e. Maternity/Sick Leave
- To import specific skills on a short term basis – i.e. Major projects
- To cover temporary/ seasonal workload peaks
- Simply to get around permanent headcount issues
