We complete a formal questionnaire covering all aspects about the company, the role, the industry, the ideal candidate and desired outcomes. |
| Strategy |
Our recruitment strategy is tailored to each unique role and will involve a mix of industry research, competitor analysis, networking, database and advertising. |
| Sourcing |
We compile lists of industry bodies, competitors, known contacts & existing database candidates. If agreed, we arrange placement of print / web adverts. We then spend a large amount of time networking and ‘headhunting’. |
| Screening |
We interview using the Behavioural Selection model against the role competencies identified. Psychometric assessment may also be used to decide on the final shortlist. |
| Checking |
Reference checks are done to verify key information & skills |
| Placement |
We broker the deal to make sure you secure the candidate |
| Follow Up |
We arrange start details & monitor the candidate’s progress throughout the 3 month probationary period |
